Professional Standards Administrator

As the administrator of the Ohio REALTORS® Statewide Professional Standards Administration program, responsibilities include processing all ethics complaints and arbitration requests along with scheduling grievance reviews and hearings. Responsible for all documentation and communication between the parties involved and panelists. They are the staff liaison for the Professional Standards Enforcement Committee and the Professional Standards Forum. Schedules and participates in training for all volunteers who serve as panelists.

Responsibilities:
– Processing ethics complaints and arbitration requests
– Training of volunteer panelists
– Staff liaison for Professional Standards Enforcement Committee
– Staff liaison for Professional Standards Forum
– Prepares statistics for presentation to Executive Committee and Local Association Executives
