Tiffany Gardner Wood is the Director of Broker Engagement & Leadership Development holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and provides legal risk analysis and mitigation guidance across the organization, leads engagement with Ohio’s Brokers and Managers to drive engagement and outreach initiatives, and provides legal oversight to the Professional Standards Administration program as well as Core Standards, and creates programs to cultivate leadership skills, ensuring effective management and growth of future leaders.
