In this course you’ll learn the various aspects of a commercial sale and how they differ from a residential transaction. We’ll explore some of the pitfalls and risks in commercial transactions, discuss commercial financing, and describe the various aspects of a typical commercial sale agreement. Our presenter will share best practices for managing the transactional process and explore the nuances of family, multi-tenant residential, office, industrial, and retail properties.

CE Information & Required Technology:
  • This livestream webinar is certified for 3 hours of real estate credit.
  • Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access.
