Specialized Real Estate Training That Distinguishes You
This course equips real estate professionals with the advanced knowledge and practical skills required to competently manage distressed property transactions, including short sales and Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. Participants will learn how to identify distressed property opportunities, counsel sellers on alternatives to foreclosure, collaborate effectively with asset managers and loan servicers, and represent both buyers and sellers throughout these complex transactions.
The curriculum includes detailed instruction on loan-specific requirements for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), as well as non-GSE loans. In addition, the course addresses the operational infrastructure, compliance considerations, and professional networks necessary to establish and sustain a successful distressed property practice.

It demonstrates to consumers and industry partners that you have completed advanced training in the brokerage of distressed properties and possess the expertise required to guide clients through complex, time-intensive transactions with professionalism and confidence.

For over 30 years, Marion has devoted her life to changing the lives of others, as a Real Estate Instructor, Certified Life Coach, Author, and Corporate Motivational Speaker.
Marion is an active member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors®, Texas Real Estate Teachers Association, Texas Real Estate Commission’s Education Standards Advisory Committee, National Association of Professional Women, and National Minority Supplier Development Council. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Programming.
