The purpose of this course is to educate real estate agents on the background of the legal system, provide an understanding of agency law, and a better understanding of real estate laws as they relate to conveying property. The program begins with an introduction and foundation of the law, followed by real estate contracts (details involved in different scenarios), agencies, interests in real property, and ends with commercial landlord-tenant law.

Brad Linville is a senior attorney with Northwest Law and the Commercial & 1031 Relationship Manager of Northwest Title Family of Companies. Brad brings with him the experience of litigating general real estate legal matters and handling real estate transactions involving mineral rights examination and contract review and finalization throughout Ohio.
