Marilou is the owner of The MBR Group, a leadership coaching, consulting and training company which was formally established in 1995. She has studied at Coach University and Corporate Coach University and did a two-year apprenticeship in Santa Barbara with The Hendricks Institute. She has countless certifications directly related to her coaching. She works primarily with REALTOR^® Associations, coaching both groups and individuals, creating an individualized plan for each association depending on their needs.

Marilou is a weekly contributor to The Buzz and also the Ohio REALTOR^® Magazine, both published by Ohio REALTORS^®.

Along with her coaching practice, she is the Broker Owner of a real estate company in Cincinnati and is in her 39th year of real estate.
