Rebecca Donatelli is the co-founder of The Elli Group at Elite Sotheby's International Realty and specializes in both luxury and residential real estate. Rebecca was honored by the National Association of Realtors as a member of Realtor Magazine's 30 Under 30 Class of 2019 and named the 2020 Lake & Geauga Area Association of Realtors® “Realtor of the Year.” She served as the 2022 President of the Lake & Geauga Area Association of Realtors®, the 2023 Ohio Realtors® Realtor Party Director, and is currently the 2024–2025 Ohio Realtors® District 3 Vice President. Rebecca is also a national speaker, frequently presenting on the power of advocacy and social media in real estate. In 2020, she published her first book, Think Bigger: It's Your Time – Step Into Leadership, inspiring others to embrace their potential both in and out of the industry. In her free time, you'll find Rebecca running, writing, spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies—and, of course, drinking mass amounts of coffee. A die-hard Browns fan, she still holds out hope of watching them in the Super Bowl one day.
