Notice of Award
Recipients will receive email notification of acceptance in the President’s Sales Club in early August. The congratulatory email from the Ohio REALTORS President will also include an electronic certificate recognizing the Level of Attainment achieved. The recipients who selected and paid for the additional plaque will receive their personalized plaque by mail following the Ohio REALTORS Convention & Expo.
Advertising and Promotion
Successful recipients may advertise their achievement upon receipt of the email notification, which will include a link to the Ohio REALTORS President’s Sales Club logo for use in marketing and advertising materials.
In all advertising and representations to the public, “Ohio REALTORS” MUST precede the phrase “President’s Sales Club.” The year or range of years MUST also be included. The Level of Attainment may be included as well. (e.g. Ohio REALTORS President’s Sales Club – 2023, Ohio REALTORS President’s Sales Club – 2016-2023 or Ohio REALTORS President’s Sales Club Award of Distinction - 2023)
An award recognition event will be conducted during the Ohio REALTORS Annual Convention & Expo to honor the recipients in attendance. The event is included for recipients with their paid Convention registration fee. Additional guests will have the availability to purchase a ticket for the recognition event upon registering for the Convention. A booklet listing all President’s Sales Club recipients will be distributed during the Convention.
"Top 5" Recognition
After the application deadline, Ohio REALTORS may inform you that your application has been selected to be considered and audited for the “Top 5” recognition award. The “Top 5” will be awarded in the following categories:
- Individual Award, Method A: Dollar Volume Claimed
- Individual Award, Method B: Transaction Credits Claimed
- Team Award, Method A: Dollar Volume Claimed
- Team Award, Method B: Transaction Credits Claimed
Applications are eligible to be considered in both dollar volume and transaction credit categories should they qualify in both.
The recipients awarded the “Top 5” recognition will be announced and awarded during the Award Recognition Event conducted at the Ohio REALTORS Annual Convention & Expo. Recipients will receive a personal invitation from the Ohio REALTORS President requesting attendance at the event. Additional recognition will be given to the “Top 5” in the Ohio REALTORS magazine and on the Ohio REALTORS website. Each “Top 5” recipient will receive an etched glass award, a personalized news release to submit to the local news media and specific language that may be used to advertise this achievement.
Rookie Achievement
To qualify for this special recognition, the applicant must apply and receive the award within the first two years of licensure. Special recognition will be given in the President’s Sales Club booklet which will be distributed at the Ohio REALTORS Annual Convention & Expo, the Ohio REALTORS website and during the introduction of recipients at the Award Recognition Event.
