What is a Call for Action:
- When legislation is going to drastically affect you, your income, your livelihood, or industry, we may need one LOUD and POWERFUL REALTOR voice
- You will receive a text message from NAR or Ohio REALTORS asking you to click a link, fill out your name and address, hit submit, then your voice will be sent to your legislator letting them know whether you are for or against specific legislation

- 2016 – to tell the US Senate to get to work for future homebuyers
- 2015 – to stop patent trolls

- significant changes to IRS Form 1031
- changes to the capitol gains tax when selling your primary residence
- a threat to increase your taxes
- legislation that could have an immediate impact on you
