This prize drawing provides the opportunity to win one of ten $100 Amazon gift cards by signing up for the REALTOR Mobile Alerts. Gift cards are sponsored by
Ohio REALTORS (200 East Town Street, Columbus OH 43215). Ten winners will be selected in a random drawing for eligible registrants as defined in Paragraph 3. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
- Prize: Ten $100 Amazon gift cards will be awarded to eligible registrants. The odds of winning these gift cards are dependent on the number of eligible registrants.
- Eligibility: To be eligible to win the grand prize, the winner must meet all of the following requirements at the time of the drawing:
1. Be signed up for NAR’S REALTOR Party Mobile Alerts no later than 11:59 pm on 11/22/2021.
2. Be a REALTOR member of Ohio REALTORS
3. Be a REALTOR member of Nation Association of REALTORS (NAR); and,
4. Hold an active Ohio real estate license.
The following are ineligible to win the grand prize:
1. Affiliate members of Ohio REALTORS
2. Ohio REALTORS staff
c. Selection of Winner: Only Ohio REALTOR members that NAR has reported to Ohio REALTORS as being registered to receive REALTOR Mobile Alerts prior to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 22, 2021, will be included in the prize drawings. The registrants will be placed into a random prize drawing to be conducted on Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021.
d. Winners Announcement/Confirmation: The names of ten winners will be drawn and they will be notified via emailed at the time of the prize drawing.
e. Publicity: Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's consent to their name and photo being used by Ohio REALTORS in its publications, including online and social media posts.
