To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, please note that the event will be taking place in a high-security environment. As part of our standard procedure, we ask that you refrain from bringing large bags, backpacks, or laptops to the event. You will be required to pass through security screenings at the Ohio Statehouse, so please allow extra time for this process. State-issued IDs are ONLY required for those attending meetings in the Riffe Center. General attendees will not need to present ID.
Please be aware that the event will involve a significant amount of walking. Attendees will walk from the Ohio Statehouse to the Palace Theatre, located at 34 W. Broad St, Columbus, OH, 43215. The walk is estimated to take approximately 5 minutes, so comfortable footwear is highly recommended. We encourage you to prepare for this as part of your day at the event.
