Here we are! Today is the first day of our interim article, with the hope of bringing ideas, thoughts and ease into your lives during this very interesting time.

Today, as we begin our journey together, I want to begin with some structure that supports you. Take some time and identify how you want your day to look--it’s much too easy to go into default while we are “homing.” Know when you step your feet onto the floor what your day will look like. I realize you do not have control over everything that occurs, however, you do have control over you own actions.

What are those items that you want to incorporate into your daily life as it is right now? I have personally identified some items that I had not been doing before, one of which is a 10-minute morning yoga routine that I found on You Tube.

You may want to use a notebook or journal to assist you with this identification. Find what works for you. The key here is to establish some activities that will support you during this time.
