Well, that is an adequate trip down memory lane and now I want to look at how each of us can develop habits that will enhance our daily lives, supporting us in who we are. Take a moment and think of tasks that you would like to implement into your daily schedule. This could be anything from making your bed each morning, to drinking more water, to following up your leads (that I know you have a system for). Truly, this is your determination, not mine or anyone else's to make for you. These 10 items need to be actions that you feel will bring you more peace of mind, more energy or that just feel good when you do them.

Make a list of these actions and for the next month, implement them into your daily schedule. You can make a chart or list them on your phone or computer — whatever works for you. It is interesting, sometimes the most remedial of tasks can give you so much. In making your list, you can incorporate both personal and business items, and I would suggest a blend of both.

So, make your list from what YOU want, put the list in a place that you have easy and constant awareness and as my mother always said, “Do it Now!”
