2021 is the year for municipal elections. This includes mayors, city council members, school boards, judicial races and many more. The first deadline for municipal elections is rapidly approaching. If you are interested in running for a locally elected office please reach out to our Director of Local Government Affairs, Veronica Cardello.
Important Dates:
Feb. 3 – Petitions due (Applicable Counties Only)
April 5 – Last day to register to vote before the primary
May 4 – Primary/Special Election Day. Polls open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Another great resource to use is NAR’s Realtor Party Online Candidate Training Academy. The program will provide insight on what it takes to run a successful campaign -- everything from formulating a message to building a campaign staff to winning at the ballot box!
