In this episode of the "Ohio REALTORS Insider” video series, Andrew Huffman, Asst. VP of Government Affairs discusses the final legislative sessions of the year and what it means for REALTORS and homeowners in Ohio.
The legislature will now break for the holidays and neither chamber is scheduled to return to session until mid-to-late January. 2024 is a critical election year so there will be fewer legislative sessions than in non-election years.
