Ohio Insider: ODRE Updates
The Ohio Division of Real Estate (ODRE) continues to release updates and share information on the new Licensing, Permitting and Inspections (LPI) eLicense portal.
Ohio REALTORS® created a new how-to video that shows how to claim both your broker and brokerage license, view affiliated agents and certify agent applications with step-by-step instructions. Visit lpi.elicense.ohio.gov and follow along with this video for broker-specific, step-by-step instructions.
Brokerage information has now been added to the LPI eLicense lookup! This restores a key feature that was available in the previous system. ODRE says that Continuing Education (CE) information is expected to be added this summer. Click here to view the new online license lookup.
