A Mediator meets with both parties involved in the dispute via Zoom, again to resolve the dispute, but in a slightly more formal fashion.
Grievance Panelists review complaints and arbitration requests to decide if the complaint or arbitration request should be moved on for a hearing.
Hearing Panelists conduct formal hearings with four members from the pool, one serving as chair, and the other two panelists, along with an alternate. Both parties attend the hearing, along with their legal counsel, should they choose.
