Traci Strahler-Chichester receives Ohio REALTORS® 2026 Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award
REALTOR® Traci Strahler-Chichester, of Lowell, was honored with the Ohio REALTORS® 2026 Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award.
The Ohio REALTORS® announced Chichester’s selection at the 116th Annual Convention & EXPO, held in Columbus, September 13-16.
The Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award, established in 2001 in memory of Past President Phillip R. Barnes, honors a REALTOR® whose dedication to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and political engagement exemplifies leadership and commitment. This prestigious award is presented annually to those who champion real estate advocacy.
Throughout the years, Traci has demonstrated unwavering support for RPAC. Traci continues to serve as a Major Investor, leading by example. In addition to investing in RPAC, she has been instrumental in growing RPAC at the Marietta Board. As RPAC Chair, Marietta Board of REALTORS® has maintained an 80%+ participation rate and increased RPAC totals year after year to new board highs.
Traci understands that RPAC is essential and has made political advocacy essential also. Traci has served for years on Marietta’s Legislative Committee (Chair), the Local Board Community & Housing Needs and Local Government Forum.
