Ohio REALTORS® Announce 2027 Leadership Team
Ohio REALTORS® announced the election of its 2027 Leadership Team during the Association’s Annual Convention & EXPO, Sept. 14-16, in Columbus. The 2027 team – comprised of Joanne Zettl, President, Tracy Dunne, President-elect and Michael Jones, Treasurer – will be installed into office during the Ohio REALTORS® ® Winter Conference in February 2027.
Ohio REALTORS® 2027 President Joanne Zettl is a sales associate with The Agency Cleveland Northcoast.
Zettl has extensive experience in residential real estate and brokerage management and continues to actively represent buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Ohio.
At the local level, Zettl has been actively involved with the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS®, including serving as President and as a member of its Board of Directors.
At the state level, Zettl has played a significant role in governance, professional standards and strategic leadership within Ohio REALTORS®. She has served multiple terms on the Ohio REALTORS® Board of Directors and in key leadership positions, including District 3 Vice President and the Executive Committee. Her committee service has spanned professional standards, risk management, political advocacy, communications and legislative affairs. Zettl was named Ohio REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year in 2022.
At the national level, Zettl has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors for multiple terms. Her national committee service has included the Research Committee, which she chaired, as well as the Housing Opportunity and Risk Management committees.
Beyond the real estate profession, Zettl has a long history of community and nonprofit leadership. She currently serves as President of Chagrin Valley Little Theatre and on the Board of Directors of the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival. She is also a past President of the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce, where she continues to advise the Executive Committee.
Zettl is a graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy and holds numerous professional designations, including CRS, CRB, GRI, SRES, PSA, e-Pro® and At Home With Diversity. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University.
Ohio REALTORS® 2027 President-elect Tracy Dunne is President and Principal Broker at Comey & Shepherd REALTORS® in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Tracy currently serves as President and Principal Broker for Comey & Shepherd Realtors®, one of southwest Ohio’s largest independent firms, based in Cincinnati and holds her broker license in both Ohio and Kentucky.
At the local level, Dunne served as President of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in 2024, after serving as President-Elect in 2023 and as a Director from 2020 to 2022. Dunne has contributed extensively through committee work, including service on the Contracts Committee (2018–2022) and Professional Standards (2016–2022). From 2013 to 2020, she was a Cincinnati Real Estate Ambassador and is a graduate of the 2015 CABR Leadership Academy.
For the Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS®, she served as Ombudsman from 2019 to 2023, was a long-standing member of the Professional Standards Committee (2018–2023), and contributed to the Nominating Committee (2015–2023) and Education Committee (2015–2020).
At the state level, Dunne has been an Ohio REALTORS® Director since 2020. She has served on the Professional Development Committee (2020–2023), Communications Committee (2022), and Legislative Steering Committee (2024). Additionally, Tracy has been deeply involved in Professional Standards, serving on the Forum from 2021 to 2024, as Vice Chair in 2022 and Chair in 2023.
Nationally, Tracy has served as a Director of the National Association of REALTORS® (2023–2024, 2026). She previously served on the Business Issues Policy Committee. In 2026, Dunne will serve as Vice Chair of the Professional Standards Forum and will also serve on the Professional Development Committee and the Professional Standards Committee, in addition to the Board of Directors.
Tracy has demonstrated a commitment to personal growth and professional development by earning her CRB, CRS, GRI, SRS, ABR, At Home with Diversity, and ePro designations.
Tracy and her husband, Matt love to travel and spend time with family.
Ohio REALTORS®® 2027 Treasurer Michael Jones is a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Realty in Columbus, Ohio.
Throughout his career with the Coldwell Banker family of companies, Compass International Holdings, Jones has earned numerous sales production awards, professional certifications and industry distinctions. He has been recognized as a Coldwell Banker Premier Agent, a designation held by less than 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. In recognition of his leadership, professionalism and service to the real estate industry, Jones was named Ohio REALTORS® Realtor® of the Year in 2023. And in 2023 recognized in Columbus as the first recipient of the DE&I Bridgebuilder Award. Then renamed The Michael L Jones Bridgebuilder Award.
Jones’ real estate expertise spans residential sales, land development and commercial real estate. He also brings experience as an international property specialist and in real estate zoning. His areas of focus include estate and probate transactions, military family moves, corporate relocation, luxury real estate and service to high-net-worth clients.
At the state level, Jones has been actively involved in leadership with Ohio REALTORS®, where he has worked to advance the real estate profession, protect private property rights and promote homeownership throughout Ohio.
At the local level, Jones is a former President of the Columbus REALTORS® and has remained engaged in industry advocacy and leadership following his term.
Nationally, Jones serves the National Association of REALTORS® as a Federal Political Coordinator and congressional advisor on real estate issues. He also serves on the Global Business Alliance and previously served on the Federal Taxation Committee, contributing his experience and perspective to policy discussions affecting real estate professionals, property owners and communities across the country.
