Coaching Corner: Are you ready for spring?

Well, the tides are turning and, if complacency has been the case for you, asking yourself what you need to get in place to ensure a smooth running spring real estate season might be helpful. Here are some items you may want to look at:

  • Your lead follow up system -- if you don't have them already, you will be getting leads. How are you going to ensure that your leads will be followed up effectively? Is your system current and ready to go?
  • Look at what you typically bring with you for a listing consultation and make sure those forms and leave behinds are current and still what you feel to be relevant.
  • How are you consistently finding new business? Who is your target market? Where do you find them? What type of information are you getting to them that creates memorable value (relevance) and reflects your expertise?
  • What does your weekly schedule look like? Are you creating space for the absolutes that you want to accomplish each week?

Take some time to give your business a spring cleaning and make sure that you are ready to accommodate the business that is there waiting for you!
