The group also recognized the area's local police, fire and first-responders through providing breakfast both at the Association building as well as area police departments with the help of Miami Valley Crime Prevention network.
Its annual event, “March Madness Mixer” is a unique affair in that it attracts members of all age groups throughout the day to enjoy the first round of March Madness action projected on four giant screens. Hundreds of members attend. Included is a raffle for prizes that raised $700 for Brigid’s Path, a local organization focused on providing inpatient medical care for drug-exposed newborns and support services for mothers and families. Also included in annual events is the REALTORS Political Action Committee Chili Cook Off, the Brew-Ha-Ha brewery tour in cooperation with Dayton Women’s Council of REALTORS, and the annual school supply drive for Crayons to Classrooms.
