Get ready to blast your customer experience and profits to new heights.  It's time to take your business and your projects to the stratosphere with time-tested, fail-proof strategies that will help you stand out from the competition (because let's face it, being ordinary is so last year).

In this presentation, you'll learn how to:

    • Skyrocket your systems to the moon and back (sorry, NASA)
    • Boost your profits to levels you never thought possible
    • Create unforgettable experiences that will keep your customers coming back for more (because life's too short for mediocre experiences)
    • Develop a business strategy that will make your competitors wonder how you did it
    • Turn your customers into raving fans (and maybe even getting a tattoo of your logo)
    • Stay ahead of the competition (because it's a jungle out there, and sometimes you need a machete)

This session examines Fair Housing Act protections for individuals with disabilities and how housing providers should navigate a reasonable accommodation request. You'll get guidance on differentiating between service and support animals, determining when an accommodation is necessary and what makes a request unreasonable.

CE: AI Communication: Tech & Humanity to Improve Customer Service

    Speaker: Monica Neubauer

AI is a business tool we'll all be implementing. The future is now. Lean into curiosity. Are we implementing AI in ways that improve our workload, and improve our customer’s experience in the transaction? Use it or not, remember, our humanity is the best quality we bring to a transaction. AI should be used to improve communication, not replace it. Agents need to know when using AI is useful and when it may be creating something wrong, illegal, or unethical. All communication, in every form, is the responsibility of the agent. This session covers the fantastic benefits of using AI while reminding us of the importance of our humanity.

    Monica Neubauer

The course addresses some frequently asked questions like: “Can I still use floorplans in advertising?” “Can I be held responsible for something a chatbot tells a customer?” “What’s the deal with artificial intelligence?” “What’s antitrust again?” and introduces some new topics that agents need to be paying attention to.
