The 4th annual Ohio REALTORS® Broker Summit will bring together brokers, managers, and owners from around the state to network, and to address vital issues and market trends impacting real estate. You’ll gain insight into critical business strategies and tools for successfully running your brokerage. Don’t miss out on this important opportunity – register TODAY! New this year, Ohio REALTORS® is excited to introduce a Teams Summit to be held on location the day before our Broker Summit. Teams are becoming more common in the real estate industry as they help increase sales productivity by allowing individual team members to thrive within their own strengths and skill sets. We’ll welcome top industry experts to help us discern the benefits, the concerns, and how to do it right.
Our Teams Summit will be held the morning of October 17th and we’ll offer our popular Brokerage Management: Understanding Your Responsibilities course in the afternoon, followed by our Broker Summit on October 18th – 2 full days of Broker focused programming!

9:00 am – 10:30 am How to Succeed in Strange Times - Brian Boero, CEO, 1000 Watt
Our keynote presentation will provide an overview of the current industry landscape/changes, and guidance on how to respond. The program will focus on positioning and differentiating in a hypercompetitive marketplace – providing specific examples and exercises brokers can use in their business. 1000 Watt is housing’s branding and strategy agency, they do a ton of consumer real estate research on topics ranging from luxury real estate to seller expectations, to post-sale loyalty. 1000 Watt’s CEO will share highlights from this research, and offer recommendations based on their findings.
