Kyle Meister provides strategic leadership for Ohio REALTORS®' technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and digital operations. He is responsible for the planning, implementation, security, and ongoing management of the Association's servers, networks, cloud services, enterprise applications, and technology resources, ensuring reliable and secure technology solutions that support staff, members, and volunteer leadership. Kyle oversees the continued development and maintenance of the membership database and member-facing technology platforms, partners with department leaders to implement innovative technology solutions, and provides executive-level technical guidance and support to the Leadership Team. He also directs technology planning and on-site technical operations for major meetings, conferences, and organizational events.
