Laiba Saqlain, Graphic Designer – Leads the creative direction, development, and execution of Ohio REALTORS® video initiatives, overseeing the full production process from concept development and strategic planning through filming, direction, editing, and final delivery. Drives the association's graphic and video content strategy to strengthen brand recognition, communicate organizational priorities, and elevate Ohio REALTORS®' presence at the state and national levels.
Produces 3–6 videos per week across promotional campaigns, commercials, interviews, educational programming, leadership communications, and legislative initiatives. Contributes to broader brand strategy and creative development, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with organizational goals across video, motion graphics, animation, digital and print design, and marketing campaigns. Serves as the lead videographer for major association events, including the Annual Convention, REALTORS® at the Rotunda, Winter Conference, Broker Summit, and more.
