Shauna Brown serves as the Association's Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Internal Operations, providing executive leadership for the organization's financial, human resources, and internal administrative functions. She oversees the Association's financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, cash management, payroll, internal controls, tax compliance, and the annual independent audit. Shauna also leads the organization's human resources administration, employee benefits, helping ensure the Association's financial strength, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. She serves as the primary staff liaison to the Finance Committee and works closely with the CEO, officers, volunteer leadership, and department heads to support sound financial stewardship, strategic planning, and long-term organizational success.
