    High-Conflict Transactions: A Broker's Guide to Managing High-Risk Deals

High-conflict transactions are not just difficult - they are high-risk. Divorce, probate, short sales, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and other court-influenced transactions carry elevated legal, regulatory, and E&O exposure for brokers. Deadlines are imposed externally, authority is often divided, and one misstep can quickly escalate beyond the transaction itself. The focus of this session is not on personalities or conflict resolution - it is on risk management, oversight, and exposure control. By equipping brokers with practical frameworks and decision tools, it will help them confidently manage high-conflict, court influenced transactions while protecting their license, their brokerage, and their long-term business.
