Event Policies

Ohio REALTORS^® is committed to providing a safe, in-person event. All attendees and exhibitors will be asked to agree to the Waiver and Release of Claims during the registration process. A copy of the waiver is below.

I acknowledge and agree to abide by Ohio REALTORS^® Code of Conduct at all Ohio REALTORS^® meetings or events held in public, private facilities or virtually.

I acknowledge and agree to abide by all local, state and federal health ordinances in effect during Ohio REALTORS^® meetings or events held in public or private facilities.

When applicable - I understand that my participation in activities with sponsors and exhibitors, including but not limited to interactions through the event app, booth visits, lead retrieval tools, QR code scans, contests, surveys, and networking opportunities, may result in the sharing of my contact information with those sponsors and exhibitors. By voluntarily participating in such activities, I consent to communications related to those interactions.
